METHOD / THE AESD PUBLIC RECORD

A record readers
can check.

Evidence, with its context.

Official records establish the actions they actually document. Court holdings are distinguished from testimony and arguments recited in the same opinion. News reports are attributed. Party statements remain attributed claims. Questions and analysis are not additional factual findings.

Dates & gaps.

The superintendent chronology uses approximate reported tenures. The historical profile dates identify the period documented here, not a complete service history. The original district record spells Steward’s former surname Bentz.

Krause’s account places his administrative leave on March 5, 2024; the court opinion describes early April. The discrepancy remains unresolved. A favorable evaluation, complete trial transcript and reconciled vendor ledger have not been imported.

Quotations.

Published quotations in this edition come from page 2 of the appellate opinion. They are not represented as trial-judge dialogue. Trustee video excerpts will require a verified speaker, date, timestamp and context.

Corrections.

Corrections should identify the statement, the original record and the relevant page or timestamp. No online correction-submission service is configured yet. This edition was reviewed October 8, 2026.
